Hop Trax & Aiyo Sophia are hitting the lab working on an upcoming project.  The pair are coming off of their work on the soon to be released "Te Dilla" album featuring Donte from Mood with all J Dilla production.  This collaboration is sure to be lit.  Details coming soon.....

There’s something special brewing in Cincinnati, Ohio and the legendary Talib Kweli has taken notice. Formed from members Buggs The Rocka, a young emcee with lyrical content beyond his years, and Donte The Great from Mood who produced hits like “Karma” and “Hustle On The Side,” the Space Invadaz recently took over our Sway in the Morning concert series.

Closing out their time in the studio we are blessed with a performance from Buggs and Donte backed by DJ Clockwork, these dudes mean business as they rip apart the mic looking for another invitation back to the show to freestyle. Cincinnati emcees Buggs tha Rocka and Donte from the group MOOD got together a couple years back to form the new group Space Invadaz.

They signed to Talib Kweli’s Javotti Media group imprint, Talib having strong historic links with the area from his own work with MOOD and of course another Cincy resident, Hi Tek.

To help launch the overall project, having just returned from performing at this year’s SXSW, the group’s debut release is the new free album “Contact” which is available to stream and download from AudioMack HERE and from DJ Booth HERE

Production comes from among others, Hop Trax, Hi Tek, Jake One and Buggs himself, with featured artists including Talib Kweli, Chuck Inglish and M1.

The Space Invadaz dropped their first single "Gun Show" produced by Supa Dave West on Talib Kweli's Javotti Media label.  Check it out.  This is just the start of the invasion.

The Cincinnati Hip Hop group Space Invadaz (Donte from Mood & Buggs Tha Rocka) have officially inked a partnership to release music on Talib Kweli's Javotti Media label.  Ya boy Hop Trax serves as an in house producer for Space Invadaz.  Invasion coming in 2016!!!!!
